Located in Kato Deftera, the estate comprises 50 hectares farm land and at its centre is the family house which is surrounded by gardens and citrus trees. Located a short distance from the house is the church of St Demetrios built by the Leventis family which is a replica of the Eleventh Century Byzantine church of St George in Kyrenia Castle.
The Estate has some 7000 olive trees of the Koroneiki, Kalamon and Local Cypriot varieties. Additionally various citrus fruits, pistachio and pecan nuts are grown. The Estate has 4 large lakes which are fed from the Pediaios River and contain some 250,000 tonnes of water, this is used to irrigate the olive trees during the hot summer months.
