Strakka Organic Extra Virgin Olive Oil is carefully blended from the oil of Korenieki, Kalamon and Local Cypriot varieties of olives. The Golden olive green colour of the oil is the result of this careful blending with the local varieties contributing the depth of colour.

Immediately after harvesting the olives are milled to obtain a premium oil. The oil is obtained solely from the first cold pressing of the olives to ensure that only oil of the highest quality is used. The oil is unfiltered and so retains its full nutritional qualities and taste.

The combination of organic farming, careful blending, cold pressing and no filtration gives Strakka Organic Extra Virgin Olive Oil it's unique flavour.
